Not a day would go by without our residents reflecting on how fortunate we all are to be living in this very special area. Many recent events – both worldwide and closer to home have seen us confronting new situations and learning to adapt our lives to meet these challenges.
One local person who has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND – displaying kindness and camaraderie through his actions is Julian Griffiths.
During our recent turbulent weather – on a particularly wet Friday night, Julian took a friends’s old surf ski and paddled around Noosa Waters – releasing stranded and half lopsided pontoons. In doing so Julian saved at least 6 boats from capsizing.
Some of these boats are owned by part time homeowners who would not have even been aware of the situation.
SO – A BIG THANK YOU JULIAN.
