Are you experiencing problems with your ReddeNet cable TV service? NWRA has been contacted by a resident who, along with a neighbour, has not had access to their ReddeNet service since Monday 18th July and all attempts to contact ReddeNet have failed. We are keen to identify the extent of the outage and attempt to escalate the issue to ReddeNet.
Note we are not referring to Internet delivered services like Netflix etc. ReddeNet delivers TV channels via cable to the premises.
If you are experiencing the same problem, please add a comment to this post. Even if are not having a problem with your ReddeNet, it would assist us if you could also let us know. Simply click the comment logo below the post and scroll down to the comment bar to add your comment.

I have been having trouble with Reddenet for a few years, first low signal, then lots of static and then no signal at all. After many attempts trying to contact Reddenet via email, landline and mobile, they just don't reply. I found that by going via my DVD recorder that I didn't have any problems but just the last couple of days I cannot get any of the channel 9 channels. I am in a group of four units in Stillwater Place and I think that when one unit vacates the next tenants don't bother to renew. Of late they don't even send me a subscription notice. NOT HAPPY REDDENET.
our service is ok in Neptune Circuit
The comments below shed some light on the problem. Yes the box covers 2 houses. Although I am paid up, apparently my neighbour had not paid so both were cut off. Despite multiple attempts to contact Reddenet via mobile phone, land line and email, no contact has been made back to me. This morning, a service man came to check the box out the front and reconnect me. And the neighbour has now paid and will be reconnected. Thanks to graemeadams in the post below for the knowledge. I guess it's good for all of us to be aware of this situation in the future. Very poor service from Reddenet though....... On the odd occasion in the past, the service…
Re the severed cable, when they disconnect anyone, supposably for non payment they do cut/sever the cable as when they just undid them owners were just re-connecting them, that may explain that. Their renewal system was average initially so mistakes were made. generally one supply box services two houses, there was instances where the wrong cable was cut. Hopefully they will respond to clarify everyone's issues, or loose more customers.
We have an antenna on the roof for free to air and get perfect reception across all channels, I would assume you could do the same anywhere in NW if you are having issues with the cable service?
